  • Yes — it’s low impact and instructor-guided, with options for every move.

  • Absolutely. We teach you the machine and progress you week by week.

  • It’s Lagree: strength training on a Megaformer. Slower tempo, deeper muscle tension, bigger payoff.

  • Yes — tell your coach before class and we’ll tailor your setup.

  • Athletic Clothing & Grip Socks (required)

    Grip socks are required for every Lagree class. If you forget to bring your own, we have them available for purchase in studio.
